Alcoholic spirits are known for their high alcohol percentage. Determination of the water content in spirits and liqueurs is necessary for manufacturers to deliver a consistent product. This Application Note describes the automated determination of the water content in liqueur (30% v/v) using volumetric Karl Fischer titration (MATi 10).
